Our SSD of the T420 series have an M.2 interface and work with the NVMe protocol. You can achieve read and write speeds of up to 1680 and 1065 MB/sec. They are available with capacities of 128 GB, 256 GB and 512 GB.
The heart of the T420 series are 3D TLC NAND Flash cells from Toshiba, which are long-term available and suitable for industrial use (0°C to +70°C).
In addition, the "Fixed BOM" guarantees consistent compatibility throughout the entire product cycle. The Low Density Parity Check (LDPC) of the ECC (Elliptic Curve Cryptography) algorithm is used to ensure data integrity.
