Configuration adaptation

You can change individual components (hardware, operating system) of our standard industrial PCs at any time. The integration of your additional, customised components is also possible ex works. These will be included into the system tests conducted as part of the final inspection.

Mechanical modifications

Sometimes the mere relocation of an interface within the housing is sufficient to make a standard PC your ideal PC. In some cases, the attachment of a cost-effective mounting plate can significantly reduce the assembly costs or improve the thermal installation position of the industrial PC. This way, great benefits are achieved with minimum effort.

Customisation

The customisation options of products are manifold. They range from the individual colour of the housing or front panel to the imprint or attachment of your corporate logo. Our local partners enable us to implement such requirements quickly and easily even in small quantities.

Tests and certifications

Despite comprehensive standardization in the industrial and computer world, it can be useful or even necessary to implement various tests and certifications. All systems manufactured by us go through our internal test. If you need further individual tests, we will be happy to do it for you.

SOFTWARE

BIOS / UEFI

An x86-compatible computer hardware requires a BIOS (Basic Input/Output System) or more recently a UEFI (Unified Extensible Firmware Interface). This so-called firmware makes the hardware functional and starts the operating system. Many hardware functions are activated and configured via the BIOS.

Operating System

The suitable, pre-installed operating system turns a computer hardware into a functional industrial PC system. Therefore the selection, the installation including the updates and the version-safe storage are important points that we take care of for you. Your added value is the enormous time saving!

Application software

Only the right application software can turn an industrial PC system into a device with "intelligence". Of course, you decide which software you need for your application. However, we can assist you with installation and image management. A considerable time saving is your added value.

PROCESS

Article n°/serial n°/versions

In addition to good products, "clean" processing is also at least important. In order to guarantee this, we work with serial number-managed articles, version management and sorted storage. This simplifies the replacement of the identical article. 

Customised logistics concepts

Framework agreements guarantee you long-term, on-time delivery of your products. The storage of the critical components for your project enables the construction of the same industrial PC even after a product phase-out. In addition, it can make sense to think about packaging or packaging units together in order to optimize your internal processes.
