We offer 2.5" IDE SSD in PATA standard with a capacity of up to 256 GB. The SSDs are available as SLC (Single-Level Cell, stores one bit per cell) or MLC (Multi-Level Cell, stores two bits per cell). SSDs with an extended temperature range are also available.
